Workout at MaloneĀ 
Drove down to Malone College with James today to workout with the team. Bunch of really nice people down there. The workout prescribed wasn't too burdensome in efforts to feel fresh for the Gator Invite on Friday. I jumped in with the Malone MD guys and we ran 200m-200m-400m-400m-200m-200m all on 2 minutes rest. The rest was quite generous but I felt I need every bit of it. We went 27-27-60-61-27-28 then I decided to do a 400 @800m pace and ran 54.00 followed by 2 easier 200's in 31-29. Still don't feel right day to day, can't quite put a finger on it but nothing feels relaxed or in control, at least I feel pretty motivated at the moment (probably because I'm running relatively low mileage).
