Amy did a beautiful job on the new website bikebounce.com. We are very excited about the prospects of this venture.

My Training
Thursday- Felt the effects of the workout and being sick, so I only ran 26 minutes and it didn't feel good.

Wednesday March 12 - Drove up to Boulder to meet an old college rival by the name of Pete Reimen. Went to Fairview High School track but of course there was a lacrosse game so we could not use the track. Instead, we drove over to the CU track and luckily it was open and uninhibited. The wind was brutal on the home stretch so we decided to run 12x 300m with 1 min rest. My legs were still sore and I had just come down with a cold so I didn't want anything too taxing. I ran between 44 and 46 for all of them. Afterwards we did 5x100m with 15 seconds rest at mile pace and some running form drills.
