Sunday
I woke up to late and it was 95 degrees. So I could not run in the morning and had to go to a wedding at 6 pm. I was able to squeeze in 28 minute run around 5 pm when the temp had gone down drastically by about 20 degrees. My legs are not recovering for some reason and I feel as though they are about to cramp up at any minute.

Monday
The wedding was a blast but left me dehydrated. I finally found some motivation to run at 5:30 pm and the weather was nice, about 65 degrees. My legs still not coming around so I was jogging slowly. I ran into a triathlon club that was running pretty hard. That was all the motivation I needed to do my planned workout of 10x2min on 1 min off. I ended up doing 8 of them and try to keep it in control, I'll be back on the track in 2 days and don't want to pull anything. It is much easier to train when you get into a routine and have people around you with similar goals. To most of my family and friends here, running is an insane activity that serves little purpose other than maybe burning your daily calories
