Back in Ohio for a day, typical weather 42 degrees and rainy with snow piled up everywhere. Still fighting a cold but decided to go ahead and run anyways. I parked over at the Kent State track where I used to do my college workouts and ran over to front campus hill. I alternated between a 30 second hill and a 50 second hill and did 6 of each, jogged back to the track and did 4x100m with 15 seconds rest for a total of 59 min. I was soaking wet and freezing by the end but it was loads of fun, for real. It was kind of nice to train at my old stomping grounds.
